Tile Installer

Overview Join our team as a Tile Installer and bring exceptional craftsmanship to residential and commercial projects! In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing tile on walls and floors. Your expertise in, hand tools, power tools, and various installation techniques will ensure every project meets high standards of quality and durability. We're looking for motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in transforming spaces with precision and care. We have jobs located in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. Duties Measure, cut, and lay tiles accurately according to project specifications and schematics Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar Install flooring, Waterproofing, and caulking to complete finished surfaces Read schematics to determine layout and installation procedures Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to execute precise tile laying and restoration work Perform water damage restoration tasks., including floor care and buffing to restore surfaces to their original condition Collaborate with carpenters, remodelers, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion Experience Experience in Wall Tile and Tile flooring installation, Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, chisels, trowels, as well as power tools like drills and saws Basic Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols related to construction sites Previous handyman experience or carpentry background is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently on-site with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
