In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing carpets, flooring, and related materials across various residential projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of flooring materials and develop your skills in construction and restoration industries. Duties Measure and prepare spaces for carpet and flooring installation by reading, schematics, and installation plans Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary underlayments or adhesives using hand tools and power tools Install carpets, lvp, or any trades qualified to install , trim carpentry elements, baseboards, and other flooring materials with precision and care Utilize caulking,and floor care techniques to ensure seamless finishes and long-lasting results Conduct water damage restoration tasks when required, including moisture assessment and surface drying Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation, or related construction work with a focus on carpet installation Familiarity with water damage restoration processes and floor care techniques Hands-on experience in carpentry, caulking, Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise project execution Construction site experience with an understanding of safety procedures and industry standards Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues during installation projectsJoin our team to bring expert craftsmanship to life!
