Duties Assist epoxy flooring technicians with surface preparation, including cleaning, grinding, and sanding floors to ensure optimal adhesion Support the setup of tools, equipment, and materials needed for flooring installation and restoration projects Help with the installation of tiles, trims, fixtures, and cabinetry as required during renovation tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on-site Use hand tools and power tools such as drills, grinders, buffing machines, caulking guns, and other equipment essential for flooring work Qualifications Prior experience in construction or flooring installation is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential!
