Schedule:
Monday-Friday with some flexibility required for jobsite visits and weekends during peak season (July and August each year) About Us We are a well established flooring company specializing in carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood, and residential flooring installation throughout the Denver and Boulder region. We are known for strong communication, clean installations, reliable scheduling, and fast, professional service. We are looking for someone who understands flooring installation from real hands-on installation experience and can help coordinate projects, crews, customers, and materials effectively. About the Role This is a hybrid field and office position for someone who understands flooring installation and communicates professionally with customers, installers, vendors, and team members. The right candidate must have real installation experience and understand how flooring projects work in the field. This operational knowledge is critical for measuring projects accurately, planning installations properly, solving jobsite problems, and helping projects stay on schedule. This role involves measuring for flooring jobs, coordinating installation crews, communicating with customers, helping manage materials and inventory, and other duties that may be assigned for supporting the daily operations of the company. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and capable of solving problems independently. Responsibilities Measure residential flooring projects including carpet, LVP, hardwood, and tile Prepare accurate project measurements and installation details Coordinate installation crews and daily schedules Communicate with customers throughout the installation process Troubleshoot installation and jobsite issues Support installers with logistics, materials, and planning as needed Help manage flooring inventory and material flow Recruit and maintain relationships with installation crews Maintain installation quality with jobsite visits and quality control inspections Coordinate with office staff, warehouse staff, installers, and vendors Maintain professionalism and strong customer service throughout projects Correct and repair installation challenges and errors as needed Assist with installations when necessary Requirements Prior flooring installation experience required Strong understanding of floor prep, carpet and LVP installation Experience measuring flooring projects accurately Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must speak both English and Spanish Organized and dependable Comfortable working in both field and office environments Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable using smartphones, text, email, and operational software Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating subcontractor crews Existing relationships with local installers Experience in flooring estimating or field coordination Remodeling or construction operations experience Compensation & Benefits $25/hour Bonuses Medical insurance 401(k) Paid vacation Paid sick leave Paid holidays Company vehicle for business use
