  • Full-time The Opportunity Jennsons Installations is a boutique installation company serving high-end residential and select commercial clients throughout the Denver metro area.
We specialize in premium flooring and surface installations, including custom carpet, hardwood, tile, LVP, carpet tile, and countertops. We are seeking a polished, relationship-driven Sales Representative focused on building and growing a strong professional network within the luxury residential market. This role is centered around developing long-term partnerships with: Real estate agents Interior designers Custom home builders Property investors and developers High-end residential clients This is an opportunity for professionals who want to build their own book of business while representing a company known for craftsmanship, professionalism, and quality execution. What You'll Be Responsible For Building and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, designers, and builders throughout the Denver metro area Generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships Consulting with clients to recommend premium flooring and surface solutions tailored to their projects and design goals Managing the sales process from initial consultation through signed agreement Preparing proposals, following up consistently, and delivering a high-touch customer experience Coordinating closely with our installation team to ensure projects are completed at the highest standard Who We're Looking For Proven experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or luxury service industries Existing connections within real estate, interior design, construction, or luxury residential markets are highly valued Strong communication and consultative selling skills Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable networking, building partnerships, and creating long-term client relationships Ability to represent a premium brand with professionalism and confidence What We Offer Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential Opportunity to build and grow your own long-term book of business Support from an experienced, detail-oriented team A respected local company focused on craftsmanship and reputation Flexibility and independence in how you manage your schedule and client relationships Growth opportunity within an expanding luxury-focused business Why Jennsons Installations?
