Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Special Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate specialized cleaning operations, including carpet cleaning, window washing, hard floor care, and other specialty maintenance tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team and client base in both English and Spanish.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support special services team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Plan, schedule, and coordinate carpet cleaning, window cleaning, floor stripping/waxing, and other specialized cleaning projects. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and safety regulations. Provide hands-on assistance for specialty cleaning tasks when needed. Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, schedule services, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment; ensure proper maintenance and safe operation. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and safety protocols for specialty cleaning services. Prepare work orders, reports, and project documentation. Manage staff schedules, approve timesheets, and oversee performance reviews.Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required (both verbal and written). Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or a related field. Certified in floor care services Hands-on experience in carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and floor care techniques (including stripping, waxing, and burnishing). Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and OSHA safety standards. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.Job Type:
