Your job will be to install our floor coatings and become a lead installer. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Coating Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation and related carpentry skills, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. As a Flooring Coating Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings, while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Duties Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation tasks. Perform buffing and caulking to ensure a polished finish. Collaborate with clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences. Assist with water damage restoration as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Proven experience in flooring installation or related maintenance person services. Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of buffing techniques for various flooring types. Familiarity with water damage restoration processes is a plus. Ability to read blueprints accurately for precise installations. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
