Flooring Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing a variety of flooring materials, including laminate, LVP, and carpet, ensuring high-quality results that meet community standards. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces and delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project. Responsibilities Measure and prepare surfaces accurately for flooring installation using hand tools and power tools Install various flooring types such as laminate, LVP, and carpet with attention to detail Perform surface preparation tasks including leveling, sanding, and water damage restoration as needed Use caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and floor care techniques to ensure seamless finishes Handle restoration projects involving flooring repair or replacement after water damage or other incidents Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and install flooring materials efficiently Skills Extensive experience in flooring installation across different materials and surfaces Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and caulking guns; familiarity with power tools Background in construction site experience with an understanding of safety protocols Knowledge of the restoration industry practices related to flooring repairs and remodeling projects Experience with concrete finishing, construction painting, remodeling tasks, and handyman work is a plus Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to bring quality flooring solutions to life!
