Central Florida Areas We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warranty Flooring Technician (1099 subcontractor) to perform vinyl and carpet repair work in newly constructed residential homes. This role involves working directly in occupied homes with homeowners present, representing our company and builder partners with professionalism while delivering high-quality flooring repairs. Scope of Work

• Perform warranty-related repairs on vinyl and carpet flooring, including seam repairs, stretching, patching, plank replacement, bubbling, ripples, edge corrections, and minor transitions
• Follow prescribed work orders and communicate any issues to the Warranty Coordinator Protect surrounding finishes and maintain a clean, organized work area inside occupied homes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners during scheduled service visits
• Take before, during, and after photos of all repair work
• Complete required documentation and submit photos/reports promptly for payment processing
• Maintain punctual arrival times for appointments Requirements
• Must operate as a 1099 subcontractor
• Experience with vinyl plank (LVP/LVT) and carpet installation/repair
• Own required tools and equipment for flooring repairs
• Reliable transportation capable of hauling materials
• Active general liability insurance
• Active workers' compensation insurance Pay Structure
• Paid per task / per service item
• Consistent volume of service work available
