Responsibilities Lead installation of residential epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems Operate concrete grinders and surface preparation equipment Perform crack repairs and concrete preparation Install decorative flake flooring systems Apply base coats, broadcast flake, scrape, vacuum, and apply topcoats Maintain exceptional attention to detail and workmanship Communicate effectively with customers and team members Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Train and mentor junior installers when needed Qualifications Previous epoxy flooring, polyaspartic coating, or concrete coating experience required Experience leading a crew preferred Experience operating grinders and surface preparation equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Ideal Candidate You're someone who: Takes pride in your craftsmanship Shows up on time and ready to work Understands that details matter Wants to be part of a professional team Enjoys producing floors that customers are excited to show off Wants long-term career growth, not just another job Apply Today If you're one of the best installers in South Florida and you're looking for a company that values quality workmanship, strong communication, and taking care of its employees, we'd love to speak with you.
