ResiLux Home Cleaning is a professional residential brand in Orlando specializing in Signature Resets —high-detail, restoration-level cleanings. We are expanding our network of Independent Contractors who prioritize integrity, excellence, and professional craftsmanship.

The Partnership:

We handle marketing, client acquisition, and billing. You focus on the work. Transparent 50/50 split on all totals (Labor + All Add-ons).

Compensation & Logistics:

Weekly Pay:

All payments processed weekly via Gusto (1099).

High Payouts:

Projects frequently result in contractor payouts of $175 - $400+ .

Tips:

100% of client tips go directly to you.

The Work:

Service Range:

Post-Construction Heavy Resets, Deep Restoration Cleans, Move-In/Move-Outs, and Vacation Rental/Airbnb Turnovers.

Documentation:

Detailed before and after photos are mandatory for every project.

Quality:

You must follow the ResiLux Signature Checklist for every service.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 18 months of professional residential cleaning.

INSURANCE

Active General Liability insurance (ResiLux Home Cleaning LLC must be added as "Additional Insured").

SUPPLIES

You provide your own professional cleaning supplies and reliable transportation.

TECH:

Smartphone required for photos and payroll.

BACKGROUND

Must pass a standard professional screening.
