Flooring Repair Technician

Looking to

IMMEDIATLY

hire a full time person responsible for warranty and repair work of various types of flooring. Must have previous experience installing / repairing flooring (Tile, EVP, Hardwood, Vinyl, LVT and/or Carpet). Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. If you have your own tools that is a plus, but it is not required. Maintaining accurate documentation on all work performed is extremely important!! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Inspecting / Repairing damaged floors, showers, backsplashes and other installed surfaces Installation of flooring materials, trim and base Keeping up with daily time logs, notes and paperwork to be turned in weekly. Punctuality and well kept appearance is very important! Ability to work independently, as well as with a team. Time Management Ability to lift up to +/- 80lbs Paid gas and/ or mileage Must be able to articulate and communicate successfully with homeowners, builders and professional staff Must be knowledgeable in the flooring industry This is an hourly position with excellent benefits. Pay is based on experience. Paid heath insurance, dental insurance, bonuses, PTO and sick leave, IRA match.. etc. May be subject to a background check.
