We are currently looking for highly skilled Tile Setters/Installers for permanent, full-time positions. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You must have a valid driver's license, be willing to travel, have your own basic tools, and bring a strong work ethic to every project.

Compensation:
$18 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:
Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on project needs. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members. Install, repair, and replace various types of tiles and flooring in residential and commercial settings. Arrive on time and adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely completion of work. Represent the company professionally by maintaining a clean, groomed appearance, with a uniform that is always clean and presentable.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites. Expertise in troweling and providing correct pitch for drainage. Knowledge of general construction practices and details. Familiarity with different types of tiles and flooring (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.). Own and maintain basic tools required for tile installation.
