Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Foreman, Landscape Hardscape, to lead our hardscape construction projects. In this role, you will oversee the installation of stone, concrete, masonry, and other hardscape features, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will inspire our skilled crew and ensure seamless coordination on every project phase. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on landscape hardscape sites, including stonework, concrete forming, masonry, and fabrication tasks Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Lead and motivate a team of skilled craftsmen in tasks such as carpentry, tile laying, plastering, and concrete finishing Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient installation processes Conduct construction inspections to maintain safety protocols and quality control throughout each project phase Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively Requirements Proven experience in landscape hardscape construction or related fields such as masonry, concrete forming, or restoration projects Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques Familiarity with construction management practices including estimating and site supervision Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems (as they relate to landscape features), caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, roofing basics, glass installation, cabinet installation, framing carpentry, door hanging, painting techniques, tile laying, flooring installation, welding, masonry work, remodeling processes and concrete finishing is highly desirable Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining safety standards on active construction sites Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us at Hamilton Land Services to bring outdoor visions to life through expert craftsmanship!
