We handle every detail of a client's transition — from decluttering and packing to unpacking, organization, and full home setup — so they walk in and feel at home from day one. Our work happens inside our clients' homes, often during meaningful life transitions. We're a design-led, high-touch team — and we look for people who take pride in doing things exceptionally well. About This Role We are building our contractor network and hiring across three specialty tracks. This is independent contractor (1099), project-based, flexible work — you confirm your availability before each project. Tracks Organizer — $25
  • 40/hr Decluttering, packing, and creating organized systems clients can maintain Interior Stylist — $25
  • 40/hr Unpacking, styling, and finishing spaces so they feel complete Handyman / Home Care — $25
  • 40/hr Installations, repairs, and home prep What You'll Do Declutter and organize spaces with clients Pack and unpack with intention and care Set up homes so they are functional, organized, and beautifully in place Assist with move coordination and on-site support For some roles: light styling, decorating, or handyman work Deliver a calm, thoughtful, and high-quality experience for clients during their transition Who This Is For This role is a strong fit if you: Enjoy organizing, styling, or creating beautiful, functional spaces Are calm, patient, and comfortable working with clients during transitions Notice details others might miss Take pride in doing things thoroughly and well Are reliable, professional, and easy to work with Are comfortable working inside clients' homes with professionalism and discretion Naturally create a warm, professional experience for clients Requirements Reliable transportation General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Professional presence and strong attention to detail (Handyman track requires tools + equipment coverage) Compensation & Schedule $25•40/hr based on experience and role Project-based, flexible scheduling Typical projects: 4-8 hour days Apply We do not review resumes.
