Job Description

Instalador de Azulejos / Baldosas Responsable de la instalación de baldosas, azulejos, cerámica y porcelanato en viviendas prefabricadas y casas modulares. Las funciones incluyen medir y marcar superficies, cortar materiales, preparar pisos y paredes, aplicar adhesivos, instalar piezas de acuerdo con planos y especificaciones, realizar acabados, emboquillar juntas y mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura.

Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en instalación de azulejos, baldosas o cerámica. Capacidad para medir y realizar cortes precisos. Experiencia utilizando herramientas manuales y eléctricas para instalación de pisos y paredes. Atención al detalle y calidad en los acabados. Capacidad para levantar materiales y trabajar de pie durante largos períodos. Experiencia en construcción residencial o casas modulares es un plus.•Tile Installer Responsible for installing tile, ceramic, and porcelain surfaces in manufactured and modular homes. Duties include measuring and marking surfaces, cutting materials, preparing floors and walls, applying adhesives, installing tile according to specifications, grouting, performing finish work, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

Previous experience installing tile, ceramic, or porcelain. Ability to measure accurately and perform precise cuts. Experience using tile installation tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to lift materials and work on your feet for extended periods. Experience in residential construction or modular home manufacturing is a plus.
