The candidate will have a strong background in tile installation, including ceramic, porcelain, glass, and natural stone, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship on various projects. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut tiles to fit specified areas using hand and power tools.
• Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives.
• Install tiles on floors, walls, and ceilings, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
• Grout and seal tile joints to ensure durability and aesthetics.
• Inspect and repair existing tile installations as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Provide guidance and training to apprentice tile setters as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in all aspects of tile installation, including knowledge of materials, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
