Independent Cleaning Contractor

Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced, independent cleaning contractors looking for consistent work to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-quality cleaning services across multiple vacation rental spaces, ensuring each environment is spotless and welcoming. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own jobs and set your own schedule. The base rate is $30 per hour , with the potential to earn more depending on the type of job and consistency of performance. Pay is not reduced if the job is completed faster than estimated. Responsibilities Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of vacation rental properties, to include vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning, dusting, surface sanitization, restocking of provided supplies, laundry, etc. Keep records of completed jobs, supplies used, and before/after photos. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and produce consistent, quality results. Communicate professionally and respectfully. Respect client privacy and maintain integrity while on-site. Requirements Requirements Professional cleaning experience in residential, commercial or housekeeping management is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning techniques to include carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices and proper laundering. Provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies and have familiarity with tools and products. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your schedule efficiently. Possess strong time management skills, customer service skills, and is punctual, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional results. Maintain reliable transportation to travel between job locations within your service area.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
