Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i Full-Time/W-2 Employee About Us Gaul Granite & Marble is a stone fabrication company focused on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and efficient production. We specialize in tile, stone, and marble installation services for residential and commercial projects. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Tile Installer Helper / Laborer to support our installation team. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, punctual, detail-oriented, and interested in learning the trade. Responsibilities Assist tile installers with job site preparation and installation tasks Mix thinset, grout, and other installation materials Measure materials and workspaces accurately Load, carry, and organize tools, tile, stone, and supplies Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors Communicate effectively with team members Qualifications Reliable and punctual Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to measure accurately Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Prior construction, tile, stone, or labor experience preferred but not required Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Full-time W-2 employment
Schedule Monday-Friday Pay:
$18.00 per hour
