Cleaning Connection Inc is looking for a hands-on, driven, and customer-focused Manager to lead our Carpet & Restoration division. If you have experience in carpet cleaning, restoration services, and team leadership — this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values quality, reliability, and exceptional service. What You'll Do Lead and supervise carpet cleaning, and restoration operations (residential, commercial, and construction sites) Manage daily schedules, job assignments, and team productivity Ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction Oversee water, fire, and smoke damage restoration projects Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards Train and support technicians in best practices, safety, and equipment use Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures Handle client communication and resolve issues professionally Be available for 24/7 emergency restoration services when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in carpet cleaning, floor striping and waxing, restoration, or related field Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable, and results-driven Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Valid driver's license required Knowledge of equipment, chemicals, and restoration processes is a plus Physical & Work Environment Active role requiring lifting, moving equipment, and working on-site Exposure to different environments (homes, businesses, construction sites) Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency calls Why Join Cleaning Connection?
