REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AE TILE INC. - ALL SURFACES INSTALLATION FULL-TIME TILE & REMODELING INSTALLER POSITION AE

Tile Inc. is looking for experienced, professional installers for full-time work in residential remodeling projects. This is NOT part-time or temporary labor work. We are looking for long-term team members who take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and reliability. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Tile Installation Floors, showers, tub surrounds, backsplashes Large-format tile installation Layout planning and precision cuts Leveling systems and grout finishing Waterproofing system experience preferred Painting & Drywall Drywall repair and finishing Surface preparation and priming Clean professional paint work Basic Electrical Work Install vanity lights, light fixtures, outlets, switches, and fans Ability to work safely and follow basic code practices ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

REQUIREMENTS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Minimum 8+ years remodeling or tile experience MUST speak BOTH English and Spanish Active liability insurance required Must have own professional tools and transportation Must work cleanly in occupied residential homes Must be punctual, organized, and respectful with clients Ability to read scopes, follow layouts, and complete work independently ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

PREFERRED SKILLS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Experience with Wedi, GoBoard, Schluter, or similar waterproofing systems Finish carpentry, trim, or door installation Ability to lead a helper or small crew Ability to complete small bathroom or kitchen remodels start-to-finish ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
