The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in flooring installation, hand tools, and construction site experience, ensuring each job is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your workmanship, this position is perfect for you!
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
Install carpets on various surfaces, ensuring proper alignment, stretching, and secure fastening using hand tools and power tools Bind carpet edges meticulously to create durable, professional-looking borders and seams Read blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to execute projects precisely Use caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture installation skills to finish edges and transitions smoothly Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation, carpet binding, or related construction work Proficiency with hand tools such as cutters, seam rollers, staple guns, and power tools used in flooring projects Familiarity with tile laying, cabinet installation, caulking, trim carpentry, and restoration industry practices is a plus Must have a Carpet Binding Machine in order to complete the work.

$27.18 - $32.73 per hour
