Unified Contractors LLC is building a pipeline of talented independent contractors (1099) to join our team for upcoming projects across the Midwest. We specialize in flooring installation services — and we want YOU to be part of our growing network.

Competitive flat/project-based rates depending on scope & experience
License/Bonding:
Not required — we handle the insurance coverage What You'll Do Install flooring (hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, tile) with precision and quality Measure and prepare surfaces for flooring installation by accurately reading blueprints, schematics, and floor plans. Remove old flooring materials and prepare subfloor surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of new flooring. Execute trim carpentry to enhance finished projects Collaborate with other independent contractors and tradesmen on construction or project site Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Why Join Our Pipeline? Referral Bonus:
$300 for the referrer and $150 for the referred contractor after both teammates have 3 completed projects Requirements Extensive experience in flooring installation, tile laying, and related construction activities. Must provide own tools, equipment, and transportation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently alongside other trades and with clients Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, grinding and sanding equipment, and concrete finishing tools. Strong knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings for accurate project execution.
