In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert craftsmanship in hardwood flooring installation, restoration, and maintenance. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new installations to water damage restoration and remodeling efforts, all while contributing to a team dedicated to excellence and craftsmanship. Duties Install, repair, and restore hardwood flooring with precision using hand tools and power tools to achieve flawless finishes. Perform flooring installation tasks including underlayment placement, sanding, buffing, and finishing for a smooth, durable surface. Harswood flooring specalists can operate the belt sander and or edger machine for flooring projects, hand scrape corners, install hardwood, Laminate or LVP Must have Reliable transportation. Pay based on experience Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites and handling tools responsibly. Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation, or related construction fields with a focus on hardwood floors. Experience in water damage restoration, floor care techniques including buffing and finishing, and general remodeling projects. Familiarity with the restoration industry standards and experience working on construction sites with diverse teams. Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics and floor plans accurately. Skilled in carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, fixture installation, cabinet setup, and caulking. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality craftsmanship across all projects.
