Lead Tile Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Tile Installer to join our construction team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise tile installation teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure efficient workflow and quality results Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute tile layouts and designs Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate substrates for optimal tile adhesion Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively during installation processes Manage material procurement, including estimating quantities of tiles, grout, adhesives, and other supplies needed for each project Conduct construction inspections to verify that work complies with safety codes, building standards, and client specifications Coordinate with other trades such as plumbing, electrical, masonry, and carpentry to ensure seamless project integration Qualifications Proven experience in tile laying with a strong background in construction site work and project management Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus Knowledge of related trades including drywall finishing, plastering, concrete forming, roofing, masonry, and restoration techniques Skilled in using hand tools (trowels, chisels), power tools (wet saws, drills), and heavy equipment operation when necessary Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Join us as a Lead Tile Installer and bring your expertise to projects that make a lasting impact!
