We're a family-owned, local remodeling company that specializes in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and basements! From start to finish, we ensure our clients are taken care of! We have the materials and installers to ensure a quality experience with lifelong results. We've been in business since 2014, and at our current downtown Grayslake location since 2020. Now we're opening an additional showroom located directly adjacent to our current location! Our objective is to train you to specialize in assisting our clients with their countertop projects, tile and flooring purchases, as well as additional clerical activities that come with opening a new location. Our ideal candidate is computer savvy, detail-oriented, creative, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What you'll do: Your experience will start with a shadowing period where you learn about our industry, estimated to take about one month. Travel to jobsites with coworkers You'll be given tasks to accomplish by our in-house designers which will teach you our company processes Answer the phones and schedule appointments Provide general administrative support to staff and clients Once the new showroom opens you are expected to be a product expert on stone, tile, and flooring. Your primary objective at that time will be sales.

Details/Requirements:

Full-time on site hourly position- 40 hours per week Valid drivers license and vehicle for transportation A confident self-starter who's organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable managing multiple projects and communications at once A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and solving problems Analytical and creative — you are accurate, precise, and you also have an eye for design and trends! strong writing, editing, and organizational skill strong computer skills: candidate will need to default to Google suite for file creation and sharing. Candidate should know how to navigate Google Sheets & Google Docs specifically
