Floor Coating Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Floor Coating Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality floor coatings and finishes across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure durable, aesthetically pleasing surfaces that meet client specifications and industry standards. Pay will be based on experience. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing floors to ensure optimal adhesion of coatings. Mix and apply various types of floor coatings, including epoxy, polyurethane, and sealants, following manufacturer instructions and project requirements. Read blueprints, schematics, and project plans to accurately execute coating applications in line with design specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely to complete flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Skills Proven experience in flooring installation, tile laying, and related construction activities. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, buffing equipment, and other construction tools efficiently. Excellent craftsmanship in restoration industry tasks such as painting and concrete finishing.
