Installer - Epoxy/Polyaspartic Flooring

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Installer specializing in Epoxy and Polyaspartic Flooring to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will execute and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive person who vslues craftsmanship, restoration, and innovative flooring solutions. Duties Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as buffing machines to achieve flawless finishes. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards throughout each project phase. Prepare surface imperfections, and use corrective actions. Collaborate with management on construction scheduling and resource allocation to meet deadlines. From time to time, there will be cabinets and organization systems to load, assemble, and install when staffing needs are appropriate. Qualifications Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete finishing techniques Hands-on experience with water damage restoration processes and the use of various floor care equipment such as buffing machines is preffered. Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
