Job Description

Job Overview:
Connor Painting is seeking a Flooring Installer to join our commercial and industrial team. This role primarily focuses on installing epoxy floors, safety line striping, and concrete polishing. We're looking for someone with some experience who is eager to grow their skills under the guidance of our lead installer. If you are reliable, have a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Assist in installing epoxy floor coatings and concrete polishing projects Apply safety line striping in commercial and industrial settings Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and leveling as needed Measure, mix, and apply materials using proper tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Communicate effectively with project team members to meet project timelines Adapt to varying schedules, including late days, nights, or weekends as required
Requirements:
Some experience as a Flooring Installer or in a similar role (training provided for the right candidate) Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Must pass a drug screening and background check to access customer facilities Own transportation is required Ability to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to the Connor Painting way
