Reporting to the Lead Installation Technician, Lifetime Green Coatings is seeking a talented and installation technician to assist our Lead Install Technician in the installation of our floor coating technology and serve the customers in our community. The Install Technician is responsible for completing the installation process of our green coating technology, including base coat, flake, and topcoat applications. You have experience working in a role that prioritizes attention to detail, working independently, and applying some type of coating to an existing concrete surface. You can quickly learn a new product offering and installation methods. You are comfortable working on-site for clients and demonstrating LGC's White Glove service and our Jobsite Code of Conduct. You are an accountable self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Effective and efficient installation of our LGC Coating Technology Attention to detail while working on a customers' site Effective preparation of the floor surface prior to applying our basecoat Communication with management if an issue arises that impedes the installation process Exemplifying Lifetime Green Coating's White Glove Service Adhere to our Jobsite Code of Conduct Use of our operating system to enter notes and upload before/after pictures to close out each work order

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed in a metric-driven environment Ability to stand Strong organizational skills and attention to detail The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills Nice to have: Previous floor coating experience using epoxy or paint
