Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced flooring installer to complete laminate flooring installation in a residential home located in
Halstead Kansas Project Overview:
Already purchased all flooring materials. Estimated Flooring Area - approximately 440 square feet
Scope of Work:
Assist with furniture moving (dog kennel, chairs, table, love seat) to fully clear the floor area before demo Remove all existing carpet, padding, and tack strips from all listed areas — haul everything fully off property Inspect and document subfloor (plywood/OSB over metal RV frame) for soft spots, moisture damage, or rot — photograph all findings before proceeding Install Forest Brown LVP across all areas — living/dining/kitchen, bedroom, stairs (3 stairs + landing) — including stair nosing and all transitions Remove all existing carpet, padding, and tack strips from the living/dining/kitchen, bedroom, staircase (3 stairs), and landing Haul everything completely off the property — nothing left behind Full cleanup daily and at project close; walk through completed work with homeowner before final sign-off Essential Requirements Previous laminate flooring installation experience required Must have own tools and transportation Attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable and able to complete project on schedule

$800.00 per week
