Carpet installation specialist (In-house team)

Are you a flooring professional who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship but is tired of the inconsistency of sub-contracting? At Everlasting Installations, we are redefining the installation experience. We focus on premium customer service and technical excellence. We are currently looking to add two dedicated hourly employees to our in-house carpet installation crews.

What You'll Do Work as part of a professional team, meeting at a centralized location at 7:30 am before heading to the job site. Perform high-quality carpet installations using industry-standard tools. Ensure every customer has a 5-star experience through professional communication and a clean workspace. Participate in ongoing training to master the specific quality standards that set our company apart.

What We're Looking For The Basics:

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our meeting point.

Tool Proficiency:

Proven ability to work a knee kicker and power stretcher correctly.

Experience:

Knowledgeable in carpet basics. While we value your skills, no seam iron experience is required—we are happy to train the right person on our specific seaming techniques. We are looking for long-term employees, not subcontractors or independent business owners. Compensation & GrowthWe believe in paying for the value and experience you bring to the table.

Onboarding Period:

Your first two weeks will serve as a paid evaluation period at $16.00 per hour. (The more knowledge you bring, the higher the rate.)

Wage Assessment:

Following the 2-week evaluation, your permanent hourly wage will be established based on your demonstrated skill level, efficiency, and experience. CFI Certified? We value professional credentials. We offer a sign-on bonus specifically for CFI Certified installers.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. You aren't just a number on a job site. You are part of a crew that works together, learns together, and finishes the day together.
