The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with surface preparation, flooring removal, and epoxy floor finishing. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities:
Remove VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) flooring using power scrapers and manual scraping tools Clean and prepare concrete surfaces for further treatment Scrape out joints and properly install backer rod and caulking materials Sand floors using orbital sanders to ensure smooth and even surfaces Apply primer and install epoxy coatings to concrete floors, ensuring a high-quality finish Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow all safety protocols and job site regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in concrete work, flooring, or construction preferred Familiarity with power tools and surface preparation equipment Experience with epoxy floor systems is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation and punctuality SWNE1 #construction

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
