We are a small business of 22 employees and you will be working on a team with our graphic designers, screen printers, wide format operators and other print production associates. Installation will take approximately 20 hours per week; for those seeking full-time work, the remaining 20 hours per week will be spent on production tasks including finishing work, trimming, packaging, and mailing large- and small-format printed products. We are a full-service one-stop shop for printed items and signage on any substrate, including graphic design, copies, business cards, folders, booklets, apparel, promotional items, signage, banners and more. Who are we looking for? You have experience in the signage industry, or an interest in commercial printing Knowledge of signage substrates and best practices for installation on various surfaces Able to represent the company well on-site with clients Able to remain calm under pressure from multiple deadlines and solve problems to keep projects on track Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, bend, stoop, lean, operate equipment requiring use of both hands, use a ladder, and lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis Valid driver's license and clean driving record What will you be responsible for? Visiting client sites to assess installation needs and obtain measurements Install signage, banners and other wide format projects in a variety of settings Working alongside Customer Service team to resolve customer concerns and avoid production issues/delays Operating machines (digital printers, copiers, bindery equipment, finishing equipment, cutter, shrink wrapper, laminator) to produce and finish commercial printing jobs Schedule and location: Part-time OR Full-time depending on candidate preference, onsite at our shop in downtown Baltimore MD and traveling to client sites in the Baltimore metro area Hours 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday. Part-time schedule will depend on installation needs. Although we handle many rush deadlines, we value work-life balance and overtime is extremely rare - we usually all leave together right at 5pm each day. We begin each day with a stand-up meeting to go over all work-in-progress jobs.
Pay:
Starting at $17-$19 per hour with evaluation for pay raise after 1 year. Benefits are available for employees working a full-time schedule.Our Core Values:
