Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented experienced Painting expert with repairs drywall and baseboard install. Interior and exterior painting experience. Also we need Flooring Installer to join our flooring and painting company. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring installation. This role involves installing various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet, while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. . Compensation will be negotiated and agreed upon for each project so pay no attention to indeed generated wage they just put a number there. Contractor and company agree upon compensation for each project. Contractor must have own vehicle and tools for projects also willing to go to estimates as needed for projects Responsibilities Install a variety of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, tile, carpet, and vinyl according to project specifications. Painting Projects Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, measuring, leveling, and securing flooring materials. Perform surface preparation tasks including subfloor repair, leveling, and moisture mitigation. Assist with water damage restoration projects by removing damaged flooring and preparing surfaces for new installation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on-site. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
