Job Description

Job Summary We are actively seeking skilled subcontractors to join our dynamic team for a variety of specialized construction projects. If you have expertise in flooring, tile installation, decks, remodeling, or related trades, this is your opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to high-quality renovation and construction solutions. Duties Install flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and carpet with attention to detail and craftsmanship Hang, tape, mud, finish, and repair drywall to a smooth, paint-ready standard while maintaining clean and timely job site performance
Painter:
Prepare surfaces and apply interior/exterior paint with clean lines, proper coverage, and professional finishes while maintaining a neat job site.
Framer:
Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal framing according to plans, ensuring structural accuracy, level walls, and code-compliant construction. Lay tiles for floors, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces using proper techniques and tools Construct and repair decks, ensuring safety standards and aesthetic appeal are met Assist with remodeling tasks such as trim carpentry, fixture installation, cabinet setup, and water damage restoration Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications Perform restoration work including surface preparation, floor care, buffing, caulking, and painting as needed Work on construction sites adhering to safety protocols while coordinating with project managers and other tradespeople Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, flooring installation, tile laying, or remodeling projects Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices and industry standards Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise project execution Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to flooring, carpentry, and restoration work Experience with water damage restoration industry procedures is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and finishing surfaces Familiarity with schematics for fixture installation or cabinetry setup Handyman experience or general construction background highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship Valid certifications related to construction or specific trades (if applicable) Join our team of dedicated subcontractors committed to delivering exceptional results across diverse projects!
