Job Description

Full-time position
Location:
Bay City, Midland, Saginaw Clean Team is seeking a specialized custodial professional qualified in deep cleaning, restoration, and preservation of various floor surfaces.
Core Responsibilities Surface Maintenance:
Sweep, mop, dust mop, and vacuum assigned facility areas on a routine basis.
Floor Restoration:
Strip, wax, and buff hard-surface floors (such as VCT, tile, and concrete) to restore shine and prevent wear.
Carpet Care:
Shampoo, extract, and spot-clean carpets and upholstery to remove stains and dirt.
Equipment Operation:
Safely handle industrial floor equipment including floor buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, and carpet extractors.
Chemical Handling:
Dilute and apply chemical solutions safely, strictly adhering to safety guidelines and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Safety & Compliance:
Install non-slip caution signs, properly ventilate work zones, and follow infection control or hospital hazard standards.
Site Preparation:
Move furniture, equipment, and fixtures to access floor areas and reset them upon project completion.
Transport Equipment:
