The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tile installation for floors, walls, and other surfaces, with a strong focus on precision, cleanliness, and quality workmanship. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently, follow project specifications, and meet deadlines in a professional setting.

Note:

This is a subcontractor position. Installer must provide their own tools .

Requirements:

Responsibilities Install tile on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to project plans and specifications. Measure, cut, and lay tiles with accuracy, using appropriate adhesives and tools. Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and leveled before installation. Perform grouting, caulking, and sealing to complete tilework to a high standard. Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after installation. Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed. Skills & Requirements Proven experience in tile installation (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and installation guides. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Must have own tile installation tools and transportation. Familiarity with surface preparation, including underlayment, backer board, and waterproofing systems. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
