In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable epoxy flooring systems across various commercial and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces with high-quality finishes that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in flooring installation, and contribute to the creation of long-lasting, visually appealing surfaces. Duties Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion for epoxy coatings Mix and apply epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and topcoats accurately following technical schematics and safety protocols Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to ensure precise application and finishing of epoxy floors Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards Assist with related tasks including flooring repairs, restoration work, cabinet installation, or remodeling projects as needed Experience Proven experience in flooring installation with a focus on epoxy systems or similar surface coatings is preferred. We will train the right candidate. Construction site experience is strongly preferred but not required.
