In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials, including carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces and delivering exceptional results for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in the restoration and construction industry. Duties Measure, cut, and lay flooring materials accurately according to project specifications and blueprints Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and repairing surfaces to ensure proper installation Use hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, and caulking guns to complete installations efficiently Lift and carry 100 lbs Preferred (not required) Experience Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and caulking We are willing to train the right person! Immediate pay raise after 90 days.
