JOB DESCRIPTION
Above The Rest Flooring and More Tile Helper / Entry-Level Requirements for
Helpers:
Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment, 60+ Working from a kneeling, crouching or bent over position frequently Attention to detail Must be able to follow installation instructions/prescribed method of install Strong work ethic (reliable with a positive attitude) Own transportation Good customer service/manners Assist installers Mix mud Stock rooms Prep walls and floors for tiling/flooring Must be 18 years of age or older Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required. Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times.
