I am a licensed general contractor that focuses on interior remodeling projects throughout the metro - primarily in the west metro and south Mpls. Looking for an experienced flooring pro who works independently, carries their own liability insurance, and has broad skills in flooring, including hardwood floor installation and LVP/LVT. Must be reliable, responsive, and take pride in your work. I'm told I'm great to work for, but quality and reliability are non negotiable. Ideally you are comfortable with trim carpentry, especially as it relates to flooring (base, shoe, etc., coping interior corners, etc.). Please share examples of your work. Bonus if you do hardwood floor refinishing. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation. I am not looking for a subcontractor that subcontracts someone else. I want you to do the work. My subs love working for me and have been with me a long time. I'd love to find this fit with flooring.
