Kenny's Floor Service LLC is seeking a motivated, full-time Flooring Apprentice / Helper to join our growing installation team. This is a great opportunity to learn the flooring trade hands-on, with training provided and room to grow into a lead installer position . We install vinyl plank, carpet, tile, rubber, and other specialized flooring products for both residential and business clients throughout the Midwest region.
Responsibilities:
Assist installers with flooring preparation and installation Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Remove old flooring and prepare surfaces Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials under supervision Maintain a clean, organized job site Follow all company and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Basic hand tool knowledge (training provided) Positive attitude and team mindset Prior flooring or construction experience is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday Occasional overtime or weekend work as needed
Pay & Benefits:
