Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. In this role, you will be responsible in assisting the floor installers by preparing the workspace by performing precise caulking work including removing and replacing caulk in joints and cracks to ensure high-quality finishes and long-lasting results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial spaces to residential remodels, utilizing your skills in flooring installation, and surface preparation. Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings and caulking materials Install epoxy flooring systems with precision, including mixing, pouring, spreading, and leveling to achieve smooth, durable surfaces Apply caulking around fixtures, trim, and joints to seal gaps and enhance the aesthetic finish of floors and walls Use hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation, installation, and finishing tasks Requirements Proven experience in caulking/waterproofing/glazing preferred but will train Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, carpentry skills including trim carpentry and fixture installation is a plus Must have reliable transportation Ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Must be 18 or older to apply Join us in delivering top-tier craftsmanship on every project!
