In this vital role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks across various construction sites. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Duties Assist with heavy lifting, moving materials, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Operate power tools and hand tools such as drills, saws, hammers, and trowels under supervision Support concrete work including mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping concrete to ensure quality results Install rebar and metal studs according to schematics and blueprints for structural integrity Perform framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and stucco application for various building components Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and follow detailed instructions Support roofing, masonry, tile laying, flooring installation, and other specialized trades as needed Experience Prior construction site experience or hands-on work in related trades such as carpentry or masonry preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting schematics is highly advantageous Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and commercial driving is a plus but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Basic understanding of construction estimating processes is beneficial but not mandatory Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with concrete forming, plastering, caulking, metal stud framing, restoration work or welding are valued assets Join us in building something great!
