About the Role We're hiring Bath Installers to install Jacuzzi Bath Systems. As a Bathtub and Shower Installer, you'll be responsible for all aspects of a one-day acrylic bath installation. You will work closely with the Installation Manager and team to improve key performance metrics, reinforce company standards, and create a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Arrive at the Carolina Home Remodeling warehouse to gather materials and load the company vans Drive the company provided van to the scheduled bath install Complete the demolition of the bath area Install plumbing Install Jacuzzi bathtub or shower pan and acyclic walls Show extreme attention to detail and care for the customer's home Provide 5-Star customer service at all times Obtain necessary signed documents & payment from the customer Take photos and videos of the installation Qualifications 3+ years of experience in bathtub or shower installation, carpentry, construction and home remodeling 2+ years of plumbing experience Extensive knowledge of drywall installation, plywood wall backers, building wall templates and cutting acrylic panels Experience with various power tools Attention to detail Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and effectively Valid driver's license, insurance and good driving record Live within 50 miles of the office Be able to lift over 75 pounds What We Offer Comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training Competitive pay Paid time off and Holiday Pay Company van and tools Health and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Clear path for advancement within a growing organization Equal Employment Opportunity Carolina Home Remodeling provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind. $90,000 - $130,000 per year
