The primary responsibility for this position is to provide support for our Crew Lead and other installers through a variety of tasks related to the successful completion of synthetic turf lawns and putting greens. Successful candidates will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. As a turf installer, your responsibilities are to install synthetic grass for various clients. You might work on parks, playgrounds or private residences, or for any other client who wants to replace their grass. Your duties include removing existing materials like soil or weeds, relocating or capping off sprinklers, and installing synthetic turf lawns or putting greens. After installation, you also nail down and groom the turf to create an aesthetic landscape. Turf installers will work under the supervision of a crew leader, project manager and with a team of other installers. In order to thrive in this position, you must be a team player that is willing to undertake a variety of different tasks including, but not limited to project initiation, clean up, installation and operating small equipment. This position is paid hourly, per week and overtime is frequent. Responsibilities & Requirements Loading and Unloading installer Truck Loading and Unloading installer Trailer Removal of existing soil, weeds, or debris Operating Small Equipment Installing synthetic turf & putting greens Organizing & Cleaning Equipment on job sites, in trucks and at the warehouse Qualifications Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Landscaping or Turf Installation experience preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$18.00 - $20/hr plus overtime

Schedule:

10 hour or 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: Must be able to commute to warehouse and/or jobsite
