Tile Installer Employment Type:
Full-Time / Contract (Specify as Needed) We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tile Installer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience installing tile in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with floor tile installations, shower systems, backsplashes, and custom tile work , and must be able to complete projects with precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and other tile materials on floors, walls, and shower systems. Prepare surfaces by leveling, waterproofing, and ensuring proper substrate conditions. Measure, cut, and fit tile accurately to project specifications. Install shower pans, waterproofing membranes, and tile shower surrounds. Apply grout, sealants, and finishing materials. Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and design plans. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers. Requirements Minimum 5 years of verifiable tile installation experience . Strong experience with floor tile and custom shower installations. Knowledge of industry standards, waterproofing systems, and installation best practices. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation. Must own and maintain all necessary tile installation tools and equipment . Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. High-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Schluter systems and other waterproofing products. Ability to perform mud work, floor leveling, and custom layouts. Knowledge of remodeling and construction practices. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. Consistent work opportunities available for qualified candidates.
