We are a growing professional cleaning company specializing in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, and hard surface floor care. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality results for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist with carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, and hard surface cleaning services Set up and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Prepare work areas before cleaning Deliver outstanding customer service during every appointment Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic questions Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle and equipment Upsell additional services when appropriate Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills English speaking required Detail-oriented with pride in quality work Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ambitious and motivated to grow within the company Sales skills or ability to recommend services is a plus Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to lift equipment and work in physically demanding environments Experience in cleaning or restoration is helpful but not required — we will train the right person
