Hiring Skilled Remodeler / Crew Leader

MDA Remodeling is looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable remodeling craftsman to join our team and help lead projects in the field. Most of our work includes high-end bathroom and kitchen remodels. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of running projects and leading a small crew.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong professional knowledge of remodeling and construction High-level carpentry and trim skills Professional knowledge of flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, tile) Strong understanding of bathroom remodeling systems and processes Basic plumbing knowledge Basic electrical knowledge Tile installation experience is a major plus Schluter waterproofing system knowledge is a HUGE plus Ability to read situations, solve problems, and maintain quality standards Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners Ability to keep projects organized and moving efficiently

Responsibilities:

Lead remodeling projects on-site Coordinate and manage daily work Maintain high-quality craftsmanship Work alongside the crew when needed Help ensure projects stay clean and organized
